Danielle is a graduate of Medgar Evers College (City University of New York), City College (City University of New York) and Adelphi University. An education professional, Danielle has educated young people in grades Pre-K-12 for more than 20 years in some of the largest school systems in the country, to include New York, Baltimore City, District of Columbia and Baltimore County. Danielle’s areas of expertise include content and curriculum development; technology integration; staff coordination; behavior modification; and student and staff training.
Danielle was one of three founding principals in Baltimore City Public Schools and the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) that developed a charter/transformation accelerated school targeting students aged 15-21 who are over-aged and under-credited. She was recognized by Baltimore City Public Schools and MSDE for a 100% graduation rate and for more than quadrupling the number of graduates at a school within one school year.
Danielle is a member of several civic based and professional organizations, including the Greater Baltimore Section of the National Council of Negro Women; NAACP; the Greater Baltimore Urban League Guild; Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated- Baltimore Chapter; and Les Gemmes, Incorporated- Baltimore County Chapter. She is a member of Set The Captives Free Outreach Center, where she serves on the Public Relations and Marketing Committee. She also serves on the Executive Committee of The Women Who Soar, an International Women’s Ministry, in the role of Information Technology Specialist.
